Terms & Conditions

• Should you not take up any of your routine dental health reviews or hygiene visits you cannot reclaim the cash equivalent or exchange it for an alternative treatment.

• If you miss your appointment, the practice reserves the right to not book you a further membership appointment until you are next due for your routine care appointment.

• To receive the 10% discount, we would require you to remain a member of our scheme for a minimum of 12 months from signing the agreement. Should you wish to cancel within the period any discounted fees would become payable.

• The provision of routine examinations and hygiene visits is subject to receipt of the required consecutive monthly payments.
